I have a new Hotel customer, No Guest rooms can call room to room. Admin class phones can call any room. Where does this blocking need to be turned off. Thanks in advance

It's may be done in COS option 204 or in Form 05. take a look. There is Call block button on the Console might be pressed.

They said it used to work and no one has been in the system programming thay say.I was thinking it is a simple step at the console.

As VAD mentioned, check to see if the 'CALL BLOCK' key is lit at the console.

Thats gotta be it because they said that no one had been in to service the switch. I know it was some thing real simple. Its a light on the console (the white one) or is it with in a function key. Tks

Just one of the hard keys, on the bottom left side. It's got a red LED with it!!
