Anyone run across a PRI that drops some calls after 30-120 seconds. Not all calls. I've replaced the Universal and reloaded IMAT. ISDN protocol and variant all check out. The caller see "timeout" on their 4150 display phones.

What type of Mitel system do you have?? Did this just start, or has the system been running a while??

2k running latest LW. Versions between IMAT and LW checkout ok. Existing DS1 was upgraded to a PRI. Replaced PRI and reloaded IMAT db just to be sure. The number-port went well, only *some* calls that drop off and return the "timeout" display to the caller.

Check your Link status and see what Errors are there. Time out comes from loosing sinc. Possible problem Stratum 4 on MCC or Clock from provider getting out of range.

When they changed to a PRI they may have changed the CO they are running out of - could be that you have a different switch type (DMS 250, 4ESS, etc.) if you do and didn't change it in the IMAT database it could be causing all kinds of problems.
