I have a customer who recently had his SX-50 go down during a power outage, when it came back up it appears to be in a default state. Time and Date are wrong and flashing, etc. He claims that in the day time a guest could dial zero and in would ring the main console (Big Ugly Attendant) and it would also ring an analog extension with a cordless phone on it. My Mitel experience has been limited to a week of 3300ICP training and some basic SX 200ICP programming.

Dustin, get an installer's handbook and CD for a 50. I can help on that. PM me. Also get a new battery for the software pack. CR2032 if it's a MS53/54/55 software. Meanwhile Command 100, register 8, bits F G H I. F set to 1 (3 if it should happen day AND night), G/H/I is the destination. It will be the EQUIPMENT number of the extension, NOT the extension number, in this case. Also, you may have to adjust bit E, Automatic switch to overflow timeout. Default is 30 seconds. I don't remember if the timer affects internal calls. Range is 1 to 7. 10 seconds to 70 seconds. Don't change it until you test it. If the software is not MS55, command/register/bits probably are all wrong.Push and hold status to check software release. John C. (Not Garand)
