Iggggggg well i would assume it's not alphanum as it would really make it hard to get in from the cons if there was a failure. but other than that doh, i thought it was limited to 4 *kicks himself in the arse* looks like I might just pay to get it reset and be done with it, can't risk having the system down hard due to a glitch in the "recovery" process. Thanks much for the info... all of this just for phantom sets jeeeez lol.

Download the database as Maint1.
And then adjust the alarm level by training the front desk staff to ignore the alarm on the console.
Or go into form 1 and turn off configuration for any devices that aren't active.
