I assume that they are coming in on different trunks, otherwise adding the digits won't do anything except make it a longer conflict. It would probably make more sense in the long run to have the carrier send more digits. You can still use system speedcall to send it to your 4 digit extentsion, but it'll eliminate the conflict.
