My next big thing:

System: 3300 Mxe w/5340 phones

Someone calls in from the outside, call is missed. User can access the list of missed calls, but when you try to call that person back by hitting the appropriate button, it only dials the number and not 9 to get out, thus failing.

Any way to default the line group (9) on returning missed calls?

Well the reason that is happening is because only the number is displayed. In the 200ICP in order to callback an outside call on the log dial 9 (or access code) then the "Call" button

Oh, BTW if a one is needed to dial a long distance call then you may have to dial 9+1 the call or you can program the routing so that modified digits will insert the one.

Good luck
