Can anyone suggest somewhere other than MITAIL to repair a express messenger. I am not having very good results with mitel repair. The last two I sent back took about 8 weeks to repair and only lasted about a week and dead again. Both of these go about 100 miles away and I am tired of having to go back and warrenty these things.
On a happier note: I sure hope everyone has a great new year and thanks to all who have helped me out through the year.

Generally when those cards are repaired by Mitel the hard drives are replaced, reformatted and reloaded with software. So if there is someone else out there reloading those cards without permisiion from Mitel they may be infringing on license agreements with Mitel and their supplier. I would ask the reseller how does he repair those cards, he may may simply send then in for repair him self to Mitel, if he is
re-loading the software I would make sure he has a agreement with Mitel.
