Have a BCC that has all 3 LED's lit, both greens and the red one. Some of the phones on the shelf are working some have NDT but talk battery. Help!

I am assuming it is a BCC III card but if not the same procedures should pretty much apply. I believe the red on is the system alarm. This could indicate any number of things. I would get into programming and go to form 1 and see if the system sees all the cards in that bay as being installed. If not I would reset bay - if still having the same problem I would swap that BCC card with another in the system (if there is another one) and see if that cures the problem. You might also look at the system logs to see if there is any indication there of something amiss.

if you install a different BCCIII be aware it can take up to 25 minutes to come up completly.

those bcc111 can be kinda strange be carefull about powering down leave it off a few mins i went thru 3 of those things a while back before i got a good one that would stay up for more than a few days,and there are for sure slow about coming up call me if you need a good 1 to test with i have 1

Gary i gurantee that the problem you had with your BCCIII cards was with the processor software. with the new BCCIII cards they come out of the factory with a firmware on them that will not downgrade. Upgrade the software on the controller to Q46 or higher, and I guarantee that after 20 minutes that brand new BCCIII card will now work

Mr Telephone man is correct the recommended software for bcc3 cards on the sx200el is q46.0.10, for the sx200icp its 4.0 and higher anything else is crap.

There is also a procedure on Mitel Online to reformat the bcc3 card, you will need the bcc3.zip file should you already be at the latest software or are unable to upgrade the switch.
