Hello, Some thing went wrong or some one messed upo the system settings but can not dial 9 and get outside line, just gives busy tone.
Using software MS55-mr5-pr5.
It use to work fin till last night.

From the console, test each trunk individually by dialing *19, plus the trunk number. You should hear the outside dial tone. This will verify that the trunks are at least available to be used.

Thanks Guys, I figured out, some how the Room Status function was activated which prevent dialing out as it initially set all extentions to Deny.

Okay - thanks for letting us know. When someone figures out a solution it is valuable to those of us who might run into the same type of problem sometime.
