I have an LS/GS card with one damaged port in a peripheral cabinet of our SX200-ICP. Prior to damage, this port appeared as a status indicator on 2 telephone sets, a 430 and a 410. The port which was electrically damaged due to probably a spike is now abandoned and physically/wiring disconnected but still shows busy and cannot be reset.
I am trying to change one of the sets from type 430 to 420 but can't delete the programming because of the currently in use status of PLID 3-1-6 (TK 200). If I switch the phones from 430 to 420 without first deleting the 430 programming, I get a NO COMM flashing on the 420 when connected to the DNIC port.
Reception can't busy out (already busy) or release the LS/GS trunk.
Is there another way to either force deletion of a device (430) that has a device in use (TK200), or force the status of a device to not show busy so that it can be deleted?
I see from some online diagrams that there are some dipswitches on the 6 cct LS/GS card. Do any of these allow the circuit to be locked out such that I could remove the card, set the dipswitch and replace (hotplug) the card and eliminate the busy status?
I don't have a spare trunk card to insert and can't really remove two to swap them even temporarily while deprogramming.

To delete it you are going to have to pull out that card. 1 then delete the trunk on those phones form 9 2 then delete from trunk group form 16 3 then delete trk in form 14 since the system sees this trunk as being in use.

I think pulling the card will put the whole card in alarm and then you won't be able to do anything to it. I'm afraid you're going to HAVE to swap cards momentarily. John C.

OK, thanks all. I'll pull the card Monday and delete the programming then. Not a Friday afternoon project.
