In the 3300 I am not sure. In the 200 ICP form 54 allows you to set up Calling Party Number on a per extension basis. There may be something like that in the 3300. Remember when you do that though you may have an issue if someone makes a 911 call - it may not be IDed at the call center without some additional programming

There is the did substitution form that need to be filled out. Use the help, it should provide all needed info.

Hi Jaypack,

I have heard that this was set from IMAT.

Either displaying what is associated with your phone in the telephone directory form or displaying what you have entered in the PRI for all outgoing calls.

We have had a similar issue here at the municipality and this is how it was addressed.

- You only use IMAT if you are using the NSU.
- If you are using the embedded, just use the DID sub. form, don't forget to allow cpn in COS.
- The provider has to allow you to outpulse your caller id.

Also, make sure your carrier is taking the outbound ID. If the PRI isn't set up for that from their end, they'll still just deliver the number programmed into THEIR database.
