johnp's suggestion is TRUE. It is NOT cheap to get Mitel parts repaired, even things as simple as, oh, say, a serial port in a console. The entire console will be gone through, with a year or more guarantee, for SERIOUS bucks! Back away before you get blamed!  John C.
