strombergtech Member Joined: May 2005 Posts: 39 Wadena,MN,USA	We are working with a vendor that installed a Mitel 3300 and is setting up voicemail to email. Currently when the mitel sends out the email it comes "from" [email protected] with an ip instead of a domain. The vendor is telling us it is not possible to a host name so emails come from [email protected]? I find it hard to beleive that this is true because it causes all types of issues with our spam filtering... Thanks for any direction on this! Michael Stromberg

Then put that email address into the 3300 in the system options page under "sender's email address". Maybe that will help? highwayman Member Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 3 Perth, Australia	Program the networked vm servers form on the 3300 with the domain name you require in the DNS name section of the form. Then the system will send emails from that domain
