Type like 3000, 3300 or 200ICP
200ICP name is changed in form 9
3300 name is in the Telephone Directory form

Most of the IP phones (might be all) on the 200 ICP the name cannot be changed from the phone - have to do it through the programming.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE DISPLAY NAME ON A MITEL 5330 IP PHONE. ALSO CAN YOU ADD A VOICE MAIL TO AN EXTENSION?

We still need to know which controller you are operation off of, and whether you can access it for the purpose of programming.
