If the axxess is too pricey, use an axxent... we still put some in. They arent as reliable as a new system but they still function and can do what you asked.

The Tadiran Ice system would accomedate what he needs (with the hard drive voice mail, Not the Flash) and the log out feature would only be one button. The hunt groups can be set to all ring up to 24 stations. The price is close or less than the Vodavi. Send me an email for more info.

As bacherjr said the Samsung can do all of it and with pricing the way its going the beer budget wont be a problem.

Keep in mind that most systems go way up in price when you add an aa or vm to the mix. With that said you can still get a package deal that will suit your needs.

If your not comfortable with a system I would stay away from it. The reason I say this is you dont want to look like a novice, You would rather BE the master. And if you have to sit and read the manual for an hour while on site it really wont help your status with the customer any. :thumb:

Brokeda is right about the TDA, esp when paired with the TVA. 50 in both cases. And of course, when customer gets too big, migrate him to 100 or 200 and keep TVA50. That's my 8 cents worth.(Inflation is a killer!)

An esi e-class would cover these requests at a reasonable price. You can be logged in to two ACD groups.
