Hello, since yesterday, we can not dial "0" from any extensions. Need immediate help please.
The system is SX-50 with MS55-MR5-PR5-G07.18 software.

What happens when you dial '0'? What do you here? Busy, reorder (Fast Busy), silence?
Is the console still connected? Any chance someone blundered into programming and changed the command/register/bit that designates the use of '0'? John C.

There was some kind of alarm yesterday afternoot but was cleared with f+32 without noting down the error code.

Replace the battery on your software pack (CR2032). Initialize software 3 times and reprogram after THIRD initialization. John C.

Can you call the extension numbers that can't dial 0? can you call other extension numbers from those phones even though they can't dial 0? If you initialize the system you are going to lose all your programming and you need to know where the extensions are hooked up, etc.
