Initial Powerup and Load Default Data?
With a nvr error you will have to default the system. But first if you have a printer or laptop to connect to the printer port & do a data dump this gives you a print out so you can reprogram. if you use a laptop use hyperterm to capture text file to a floppy. with the print out or text file reprograming will be a lot easyer. Once system is restored or before reprogramed replace the battery with the power on. do a fresh data dump. if you save the data to a floppy place one in switch and label it & keep it in a safe place

Hell0 All, I can call all extentions from each other and dial out, no problem but when i dial 0, no ringing at console ot night ext. and gives busy tone after like 15-20 seconds of holding the handset.
Also Command 110, Reg 01 is 0. I did do a data dump and did a printout of it but have no idea of using Hypertirminal on a laptop so catch Data dump and reload. Any guidence on using Hypertirminal?
Thanks everybody, will post results.

rci, as you can see, there are a bunch of us willing to help. The data dump does not necessarily require Hyperterm to do a data printout. Any communication program will do. If you have a printer recording wakeups and smdr, the data dump will print just fine. It takes LOTS of paper though. That's why we suggest using a computer, you can save it to disc. You can actually reload it into the SX50. BUT, your present program has some corruption, so reloading the corruption, that usually doesn't show if you print the program out, is a bad idea. So, replace the battery, initialize and default 3 times, then manually reprogram the system using the console. It's tedious, but the only way to get it right.Double check every entry. After 1 month, if there are no software alarms, THEN save the program on a floppy disc for backup. Good luck and keep us posted, John C.

Thanks John, What i did was i always do a data dump to my call wakeup calt records and save it as a file on a thumb drive. And then i open in Excel and remove Commands which stays in default state and do not need to program. Then i save as a seperate file and printout that portion so in case of this kind of data problems i can take out my papers and enter all data back. Just makes it easy. Thanks for help.

Hello Guys, Sorry could not post my result earlier. I wanted to make sure everything works before posting it.
So far everything works flawlessly, I did replace battery from Walmart, did 3 initialize and gefault data load 3 times, manually enterted all my data back, and it is working great.
Thank you all for the great help you guys provided.
