I have a Mitel Superconsole 1000. I am using this at a motel. When i put my console on night 1 i am only able to receive the outside calls on my night extension and not the hotel calls. Some how the hotel calls still ring on the main console.
Also i wanted to know if in the night setting i can have my extension as well as my console ring at the same time.
thanx a lot guys.
thank you

Time to call your Mitel rep, you need some significant changes made. One question, what does Night 2 do? As for both ringing, the answer is usually no, although somebody may make a liar out of me. What kind of Mitel system do you have. Do you know the software level? John C.

Yeah, what he said... these kinds of changes involve getting deep enough into the programming that you risk messing up more than you fix.
Any tech familiar with the Mitel can set your Night Phone for both trunk and 'Dial 0' answering, which solves your first question. A work-around I've used to resolve your second question is to put an appearance of your Night Phone extension onto one of the other FD phones so that it rings along with the Night Phone, making it possible to answer from the FD if the Night Phone (usually a cordless) doesn't grab the call.
Good luck,

You could go to "Installer' at the top of the page. OR, you could scroll down the page to "Request An Installer" and leave a note. You may even get a PM from a Mitel tech in your area. Might be a good idea to tell us which "Lima" you are referring to also! Lima: Peru, Ohio,????. John C.

first of all thanx for your reply everyone.
I am in Lima Ohio. And i have been trying hard to find a technician or a dealer who can help me get in touch with mitel rep but so far no luck.
Someone please let me know how to get hold of someone at mitel to resolve this password and night 1 issue.
thank you

If you know who your previous service company was and they are not owed any money they should be able to either supply you with the current password or reset it to default for you. If not you are going to have to find a dealer who can work with Mitel to get it reset for you and it won't be inexpensive.
You should be able to find any number of dealers in Dayton or as was mentioned earlier post under request an installer in this forum.
