Can someone please help me. I've never set up a route list to access trunks on a remote ICP I have 2 schools with 200ICP's. One is a high school with MX release 5.0 and the other is a CX release 4.0. I have both connected via IP trunks and can dial between them both. The CX has analog trunks and the MX has a PRI. I am trying to build a route between the CX and the MX so the CX can access PRI trunks when the analog trunks are busy. I realize I will have to create route list on the CX but right now I trying build a route for accessing a pri trunk on the MX. I need help building the route in form 22 and 26. The access codes for trunks are 9 for both PBX's. The CX ext's are 1000's and the MX are 2000's. Any help would be appreciated.

This is all pretty much going to be ARS programming. If you don't know what that is, or how it works, you'd be well advised to resort to professional help. And get a little training in it so you can make the day to day changes. John C.

Your route in 23 would access the ip trunk group, but not delete the 9 in 22. Make lists in 24, then change 26 to lists.
