Hi there!
I'm a Nortel installer (mostly BCMs), and have been scheduled for a Mitel 3000 training.
I know nothing of Mitel, I've only read the brochure; so if anyone can give me a quick glance/critique of the Mitel 3000, as in ease of configuration, end-user training easy or hard
Also if someone could pass along some installation or programming documentations; all I find are sales related.
Look forward to see you guys more often in the coming months!!
Yes, I'm a frenchie; have a problem with that?? Well, I do!!

Who is doing the training? They would probably give you the link to the 3000 technicians web site that has the technical information that you are looking for, as well as sales information. They have had some problems, but seem to have worked them out. The system features are not as complicated as some, but seem adequate for most of my customers. I like the on site PC and remote programming software via modem, the scaleability, flash voicemail, T1 capability, voip remote phone capability, and end user friendliness. Their dealer and tech support is second to none.
Bob
With all the variables involved, I am amazed when any voice and data technology works like it is supposed to.
