Hi, I have a particular phone that seems to be part of a ringing group of some kind. It seems to be that when the reception phone is very busy, then this phone starts getting some of the calls--like an overflow sort of thing. I've looked through the hunt groups, pickup groups, and page groups, but I can't see anything in there pointing to the ringing extension. I've cleared all active features on the phone, but it still happens. Any thoughts on where this might be set up? thanks heaps --Josh

Thanks for the response John. I haven't been able to find anything that appears related under Call Rerouting Always Alternative Assignment, Call Rerouting Assignment, Call Rerouting First Alternative Assignment, or Call Rerouting Second Alternative Assignment
Sorry to be a pain but do you know of any other location that it might be?

Found that in the Desktop tool the feature 'key system ###' was assigned to a key. Thanks.
