can i put internal calls on hold? how do i do this? for example calling x21 to x22 and press the hold button and does not put on hold. is there something i'm missing?
quit using mollies to hang wall phones!!!

Check you COS options Make sure call hold is enabled

where is that located? this system programming looks different from most mitel setups; i think inter-tel merged w/ them and mitel put their name on it; don't know if i should post this under inter-tel.

station service assignment form will tell you what your stations COS is, then go to the Class of service assignment form. Both can be located under the drop down menue under all forms
