Any other dealers have this issue with the 200 ICP. I have 3 sites that have this issue. You make an out bound, or recieve an inbound call. After 60secs, the audio disappears for 10 seconds, then comes back, the rest of the call is fine. This will only happen on 1 IP phone on a system. No other IP audio problem reported on any phones.
You can move the problem around the office to different set types, cable runs, switches, even different extensions. It seems to be a system issue.
Of course Mitel Has never heard of this before. I find that a little odd seen as why this very same issue has happened on 3 of my sites.

I have not experienced the issue myself. Are there any IP trunks and does it happen on them? And does it happen on internal calls at all? Are all of these customers with the same carrier and are they all useing the same protocol and varient for the PRI's ?
How do you move the problem around the office with different set types?? Does it follow a station # or SWID, or internal DID destination?
Please Advise Im curious

No ip trunks on 2 sites 1 site fully networked with 10 x 3300's and 3 x 200's I can not remember if it is with just external calls. I believe all 3 sites are NI2, bellcore, with the same provider.
If I delete the extension with the trouble, the problem will disappear for awhile then come back on some other random extension. If I delete it, then recreate a new extension, different phone type, different physical media, that phone will now have the issue. The only fix I have found is to change the extension number to *#XXX, I can even delete the mac. Then I recreate the same extension, on the same Physical media, same phone, and the problem is gone!!! as long as you leave that IP license programmed it will stay there. Soon as you use that license with a new extension, the problem is back on that new extension

Sounds like a memory or Work address issue, If you remember the problem on the 200's when a MSW light would get stuck on and you couldnt clear it even if you deleted the set. you would have to delete the station and reset the switch to re assigne the work addrss in the switch to clear the light. Thats what it sound like to me
