Does anyone know the actual FCC reg regarding copyrighted issues for MOH and overhead? I have tried to convince several people here about it. We don't use commercial CD for MOH or overhead. We use Cable or Satelite music feed for overhead and CD with marketing messages for MOH. Our MOH CD is a cheap Panasonic CD-Radio we picked up for about $40.

You might google ASCAP and BMI. They are the enforcers for MOH licensing.

We used to use the OHP and have switched to the USB-1100 as well. It is a great product and my customers really like the idea of having a new custom message emailed to them

Speaking of the Premier USB-1100, I was at a site today that had one. Customer added MP3 files, but it would not play. Web site has no documentation at all, that I could find. I could not get it working. Tried various MP3 files.
