I am relatively new to our mitel 3300 but one issue seems to be bothering me. One of my users has programmed in a call forwarding number that appears on the display when you press the <superkey>, call forwarding section and “review option. The number they entered is displayed but I can’t see anywhere on the phone or the system to delete that number – I only see how to change it or turn it on or off. I’m sure this is an easy fix and would appreciate anyone replying to this.

I don't know why this bothers you. The system will remember the last forward destination, that way it can be turned on and off easily.
If you don't like it, forward it to 0, better yet to voice mail. Then he'll get the option to forward the call if he doesn't want to answer
