Go into Miscellaneous Assignments and give the DISA entry an access code (i.e. DID number). Go into station service assignment, and assign the COS and COR for the disa feature.

In addition, after setup disa account, how to call the disa account by using outside mobile phone. My client company number is 27772222, then forced caller to the auto attendant, u can dial the internal number or dial '0' to ip consoles.thx, pls give the details.

Under miscellaneous assignment form you have 2 different options DISA Forced Account Code - Directory Number: and DISA Directory number. the first requires a password the second does not. WARNING!! If you use the second option anyone can use it. To use the first option the more secure of the two. First you have to set an Independent Account code for your user or users, verify that the have adequate Class of Restriction permissions. Make a different account for each user, it is easier for you to police. Check the Class of Service option forms for your trunks and verify the Account Code Length Option. The number you enter here is how long the account code must be. Once you have everything set the user dials in and when the Auto Attendant answers they dial the DISA Forced Account Code - Directory Number: then dial their account code and they place their call. Note: They will still have to dial like they are in the building ie. 9 for outside line + the number.

The disa ('Direct' Inward System Access)code needs to be a DID number, or a ring to destination for a POTS line. You cannot be transferred to a DISA number.
