I am having a brain fart. I have a sx200EL system with CF external enabled and it works fine for all calls except the DID calls to that extension do not get forwarded. When the customer tests it with the DID he gets a fast busy. I have enabled everything that needs to be enabled including option 815 CO/DTS honors forwarding. I know I am missing something but can't come up with it. Anyone know what is missing?

Thank you for your input, form 30 allows all devices to interconnect.
All options 313 to 319 are enabled.
Still the DID does not follow the CF.
It's a strange one!

If it is local to this one ext you may want to check your ARS and make sure the number being forwarded to is completely in ARS no quantity to follow or wild cards. Does this happen on CF always/Busy or CF NA
If its forwarded via for 31 make sure system option 21 is enabled

Since External CF uses Abbreviated Dial, how about option 245 in the COS of the DID trunks?

Thanks, Tried all of that, I know this is a strange one.
I've done this a hundred times without a problem.
My next best idea is to create a new class of service for the user and only activate the feautes I need for the CF.
It must be a feature conflict. I would call Mitel but it is an EL so they will charge us.
I will keep you posted.
