acitech Member Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 21 Miami, FL	Hi, last days, I've been integrating a new voice mail system, call accounting system, digital voice announcer, PMS, ... with a Mitel SX-200 digital (G1004) pbx. For some reason, class of restrictions of calls available for an extension from console (Functions --> Room Number --> ###) have changed. Before, I could set any room as 'INTERNAL, LOCAL OR LONG DISTANCE), but now, it only gives me two options: RS ('restricted at all') or IDLE. Do you know what option (COS, ...) I should have changed to get this? Thanks for your help.

I ask because, on the Definity, if the PMS goes down, you CAN change the room dialing permissions from the console. When I was young, I was Liberal. As I aged and wised up, I became Conservative. Steve Layton Member Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 392 Scappoose,OR	Actually you should be able to set option 32 Outgoing Call Restriction along with PMS option 35 which would give you the 3 restriction choices. This works with COS 101 for the console.
