I'm familiar with the internal VM on the SX200 but first time i've used the one built into a 200 ICP, i've come across a strange issue where I can not add a new mailbox. I'm logged in as installer and the option to add is not in menu 50, also dialing in as 999, it only lists edit and delete.
The system is licensed for 120 VM boxes and currently form 50 only shows 77 boxes setup, including 999.
Any suggestions?
Also any information on advanced setup like multi-level announcement boxes/menus would be appreciated, they want a bar extension with multiple schedule announcements.
Unfortunately I only have the Tech Handbook for the ICP and nothing else.

I think I answered my own question, ended up changing a mailbox to a menu type and now "INSERT" appears... so thats good.
Weird that it didn't show before.
But I still welcome advance voicemail tips tricks etc. Thanks

You will find that the 2 system are real similar. Always liked doing auto attendant for a bar, since the weird hours made you use the night greeting as the open one and vice versa
