Okay, what am I missing? Outgoing calls are supposedly being passed by the provider but even with CPN substitution I receive the main (Default) name and number. On incoming calls I receive the correct number but the calling name shows as the trunk label. It's possible it's the provider but I wanted to make sure I didn't forget something before a site visit with my PRI test set.

Make sure that the service provider has the "call screening" feature turned on.
