I have a customer who manages a resort. At night in n1 he would like the calls to be answered by the Epress Messenger Auto Attendent. When the party dials 0 for the operator he would like the calls to be externally forwarded to his answering service. I set up in abbreviated dialing 001 the number to dial. In form 19 the n1 destination is sc001 for both dial 0's. Device interconnection table trunk to trunk connection is allowed. In the trunk class of sevice option 245 allow abbreviated dialing is enabled. If I put the system in n1 and dial 0 at a phone I go directly to the answering service. However, if I call into the auto attendent and dial 0. I just rings the console. Its like it won't forward a transfered call. Is this case or can a transfered call be forwarded?

If you do a search on this forum, you will likely find what needs to be enabled for this to function. It is a common request.

I did do a search on this forum. I did see simular posts. However, none with a auto attendant transfering the call to the console. If I call in directly I can make it work. It is about the transfered call!!!

If I call in directly I can make it work. It is about the transfered call!!! If you mean that you tested using an inbound call on the same type of trunk, it was answered by a station with the same class of service and restriction as a v/m port and then was transferred to 0 while the system was in the correct mode worked. Then you may want to try the dial 0 point being a phantom extension forwarded always to the speed dial, sometimes this works better.

Be sure the vm ports are allowed to place an outgoing call! You'll need to go the console, and set them to LD, the same way you would for a room!

Also make sure system option 21 is enabled and i personaly would put the number being dialed directly into ARS with no wild cards or Qty to follow
