Customer has a 200 el lw 19. the incoming calls ring to a key appearance on most sets. when powered down some of these cease functioning and must be deleted and re-added. I decreased the # of appearances to under 32 but still no change-and when I do add or delete this appearance it gives me a corrupt data warning-but hitting cancel completes the action-do I have to redo the cde?

Can't say what you'll have to do. Going beyond specs, you are on your own.
You should delete all and re add until the limit of 32. If these are of a phantom, I'd delete that too and start from scratch.

If it is a phantom, could you create a ring group with 2 phantoms and double your 'legitimate' appearances? If you can, I'd hope that the 420 sets are spread across 2 or more cabinets! John C.
