We have a Mitel 3300 and a Rightfax 9.3 server. Long story short, our rightfax server had a problem so our phone vendor routed all of our Fax DID's to an actual fax machine. We got the fax server back up and running, and rerouted the Fax DID's back to the fax server.
The issue we are having is when you call a fax DID, it routes to the Rightfax server, but it is not telling the fax server what DID is being called so faxes are not routing to the correct user. The faxes are all routing to me since I am the administrator.
Any thoughts on how to have the Mitel 3300 send the information woudl be helpful. Our phone vendor is not that familiar with Rightfax.

Set the fax server ports up like an ons voice mail on the Mitel 3300. It seems you are talking about this type of setup as opposed to a digital trunk to the right fax.

What is the integration between the 3300 and the Rightfax? Trunk, ONS or ?
