I have a customer that we've been servicing for 4 years, We had a tech leave and he changed the site password. Does anybody know how if there is a backdoor password. Without going through Mitel TS.and the associated papperwork for them to dial in remotely and change it.

I've never known anybody that can bust a password on Mitel without going back to Mitel.
