Intermittently (2 days a week), callers get cut off while leaving voicemail messages. Occurs with in-house calls also, not just outside callers. 200ICP version 4.0.3.12 Hitachi HDS721680PLA. Any help? thanks

In the early days of voicemail we experienced problems with "talk-off" where the voicemail would hear feminine voices or certain background noises as dtmf. Not sure what the fix would be if that's the case here.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

We find this often when cellphone users leave messages, or when the line quality is poor, but the internal calls would not experiance this.
Are all of the Voice Mail ports in a separate COS with all the COS Options enabled.
Also, go into maintenance and check the status of the VM ports when this happens, it may only happen when volume is heavy and hitting the higher ports, is the hunt group terminal?
Are you using SMTP?
