I was looking at an install of a SX-200 ICP for a customer who wants to use account codes for long distance. When an account code is used and a call is made it is sent to the SMDR right away. Is the only way to capture this information and then print it out when I want is to use a call accounting device?

smdr does not print out until the call is completed. Most call accounting packages can print a report by account call
