Just curious as to how others would handle this. We have a phone outside our front door, unfortunately since ring groups can only call approx 32 simultaneous phones, whats the best way to handle a door phone?
We have approx 60 to 65 phones that would need to be called.

Although you didn't mention the model of Mitel you are using, the number of simultaneous ringing phones is a factor of ringing power available, rather than an arbitrary number pulled out of a hat. Have you considered a common audible device and Trunk Answer From Any Station?

Maybe a bell and directed pickup, as tafas may answer other calls.
You could also ring down to auto attendant, or put a directory by the phone.
