I as well, am trying to program my sx-50 for a call forwarding number. I tried setting up an abbreviated dialing number but for some reason it did not work! So, could I also get that information that you have been emailing to others please!!

If you have the manual, check section 105. Basically, you create a dummy extension that is 'call forward always' using a system abbreviated number. Then anything sent to that extension via C/F or direct transfer will go to the phone number. IF the extension is allowed to C/F, AND unsupervised trunk to trunk connection is allowed.

Equip-busy: *32 that clears all alarms and busy-outs.
If you have the manual and can't figure out how to get into programming, you probably better back off and get a smidgin of training.

Can I get the same information for a SX-200? I want to be able to have some dial an extention and it rings my cell phone. I have access to the menu to log in and full access to the system.

Check the 'call forwarding' feature in section 105 of the manual.
The call forwarding in the 200 (Which 200?) is somewhat different. Determine which 200 you have and start a new thread. In the Mitel forum just click on 'post new topic', upper right section of any thread in the Mitel forum.

Check the 'call forwarding' feature in section 105 of the manual. All the programming to enable it and the user instructions to do it are in there.
