Thank you already for any Information.
I have it working if somebody calls from a internal extension, but if somebody calls from outside. I think where I am stuck is "unsupervised trunk to trunk connection".

I am also looking for detailed instructions on external call forwarding to a tool free number. The external forward and always forward command is not in my book?

The information you need is not just a user manual look up. There are programming items that must be enabled for this to work properly. I highly suggest that you locate a local Mitel dealer in your area and have them visit your site to make sure the programming is enabled for this to work.
Programming details is beyond the scope of this forum.
