We have a Mitel SX 200 System installed on a site... It was working fine, but then there were lots of power and line issues that caused many boards to be damaged and to be replaced.
What we are trying to do .is have
1) When caller presses "0" form 17 the routing form is sending caller to SC5
Which is a Speed Bin 5 with a **368 where that represents a flash
It use to work, but now it doesn't we thought we had a reliable backup but it was a few years old
We did chec that Flash over trunk is enabled and we can manually do transfer...using *368
But what is happending is when the callers presses "0" the system says please hold for the operator , but it doesn't seem to be dialing any number....
What should I check....???
Thanks
Warmest, regards
John

Vad's right, it's probably looking in form 19 for an operator to send the call to.
I'd check form 2, is the abbreviated dialing access code set correctly? Form 31, is the abbreviated dial code set correctly? I can't remember if transfer off-sight is a system option (form 4) or a COS option (form 3 for affected COS of stations AND trunks) -- check both. Also, form 30, I think, is device interconnection table. Make sure that station-to-trunk and trunk-to-trunk are enabled.
Enjoy.

Are these callers pressing '0' thru the auto attendant? If so, make sure the voicemail ports/exts. are set to LD, just like a room phone would need to be.

My money's on Fred's answer. If you're hearing a voice prompt when you press '0', the transfer is being handled by the AA/VM. The destination would be set in the auto attendant programming and the AA/VM ports have to be able to access the trunks through abbreviated dial.
