I am working on an SX-200 Digital. SS420s and COV ports get "NO ACCESS" when dialing 9. Analogs sets and the console work fine. I checked the COS and everything looks fine, any ideas why this would happening?

look at smdr in the maint screen, see what trunk the analog phones are going out, sounds like form 30, have some restrictions there

Might also look for COR issues. Could be separate trunk group for digital and COV. If that trunk group is OOS, COR might not allow them to hit trunk group for ONS sets.

Treat the phones as 'room phones'. Make sure they are set to LD, using the console.
