I took over the job of phone man after the last person quit. I am not familiar with any phone systems.
I have an extension (210) that moved to another digital endpoint. I switched the extension to that endpoint and the name, but I can't figure out how to move the mailbox. The old phone still shows the old extensions messages.
It is a Mitel 5000 CP I believe.

When you dial to the console from ext. 210, what EXACTLY does the display on the console say?
It's a good idea, BTW, to use a contractor for adds, moves and changes, or to have yourself trained on this system, at the very least. Also, if you can describe the box that is mounted on the wall in the phone room, to which all the little wires connect, we can better assist you.
