Sorry it too me a while to reply to this. I ended up solving the issue by moving all of the programming for the t1 from form 14 to 15. Apparently form 14 doesn't supply a wink for ATT. Its just odd that having it programmed in form 14 worked until I took over the site. At any rate i'm just glad that its working.
