We have a Mitel 5000 system.
We have day and night mode auto attendant set up now.
1. Right now we have a digit translation so "1 goes to sales" "2 goes to service" and so on. However, I can't seem to set up the system so that they can dial a direct extension. Any idea where to find this?
2. Is there a way to automatically shut off night/day mode by time? Right now we press 9860 to turn on or off night mode. We would like to schedule this to go on and off automatically.
Any help is appreciated!!
I know nothing about phone systems. Please be nice, because this is part of my job.
