rpateldays, what you are asking is beyond the scope of what we provide here. You are asking us to provide you with information and expertise that we, and your local Mitel tech(s), paid serious money to go to school to learn. You are talking about technician level programming that, with 1 wrong entry, will create SERIOUS operational problems! Oh, and by the way, you will have to have a spare UNUSED s/l telephone extension that is set to 'call forward always' to your speed dial number. You would then transfer the call to that extension.

Rpateldays, Unfortunately right now I have no spare time to help you. I would be glad but rules are the rules. You have to ask Moderators for permission and pay some fees. Sorry.

"You have to ask Moderators for permission and pay some fees." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Not necessarily, any member here is free to contact you via PM, and make whatever arrangement you're both happy with. We just don't put anything on the board that requires passwords, and/or may 'get into somebody's pocket' so to speak. Please don't hesitate to ask questions, we CAN tell you if something is or is not possible, and we can help with day-to-day user problems. And by the way, welcome to the forum, I think you'll find a lot of help and some fun, here. John C.

So I tried finding a local tech but was unsuccessful. I also called Mitel, and they told me that they no longer service the SX50. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this done. Any help would be appreciated.
