I have an ICP 3300 with MCD 4.0. People have been complaining that they sometimes can't transfer calls. They press the button, but nothing happens. In the next call it will work fine. Whenever I check it out it works fine. Sometimes it will happen more often than others, which makes me think it has something to do with available resources, but I'm unable to find anything in the "Help" section of the programming manual. Has anyone ever run across this?

Mostly external calls. I can think of one incident where it was an internal call. All trunks are on a PRI.

In the sx200 there are some "can't flash" options available. Maybe the 3300 has something like that set?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
