I have a Mitel 3300 that lights the message ligth when user gets a v-mail message, but when you press the message key it shows "No Messages"
Digging deeper I find that the messsage is a Dialed Message Waiting and should be a Call Back.
Any one have any ideas as to why v-mail is doing dailed instead of call back?
I have checked all COS etc, and all looks OK.

Are you using the embedded or 3rd party voicemail?

Are you sure it's the voice mail setting the MW light? I've get lots of calls where some other station set the light without realizing it.
Never blame on malice, what can be adequately attributed to STUPIDITY!!
