Don't Panic.

Step 1: Did the customer have a backup through Express Manager? I probably already know the answer, but it never hurts to ask.

Step 2: Do you know how to access Express Messenger? If so, you can manually set the options and rebuild the database.

As for CFNA, the customer can set all of the CF options from the blue Superkey on their Supersets. Show them how to do this, and you'll be a hero.

How did you come to be servicing a Mitel, and what happened to their vendor?

You can 'probably' also set up CFNA from the console. (This depends on whether or not the console COS allows it) Look in console user guide for instructions. John C.

MichaelS is welcome to contact me via PM. I don't initiate contact because I feel like it could be seen as taking unfair advantage of my moderator position.

Sorry guys for some reason its not notifying me when a thread is answered. I got "asked" to help them because I maintain their NEC systems. Their dealer went out of business.
I should not have, and that's what I get for being a nice guy LoL. I am really in over my head I think.
No back up, really don't know anything about the Mitel. Help, I am trying not to panic, thanks.
