My original thinking was that system speed dial was for OUTBOUND only
I programmed in 52xx to dial my extension 6699
rolls to extension to voicemail if not answered or busy
earlier i had an appearance on the set, which didnt help the setup
So now I just have to match the DID number with the existing extension.
