this is the error "A 02 003 NVR checksum"
When I look at the error code its states that it is: "Central office interface problem. Trunk Card Problem."
I know it says Trunk problem but the 003 isn't that mean equipment number, so when I look at the Equipment number table it shows that it would be an ONS card. So does it mean the card is SLOT 1 port 3 (ONS) is bad or does it mean CCT 3 on one of my trunk cards is bad.

I'd shut down, pull one, test, shut down, pull the other, and test.

FIRST, re-read the 'Troubleshooting alarm codes' chart in the 350 section, page 16 in my manual. You are trying to develop too much information from the code. ANY AL 02 is an NVR checksum error. Nothing more or less. Suggested actions is, "Reload default data and reprogram. If alarm persists, replace generic module". Before doing such a radical thing, first make sure you have an accurate PRF set, then do a power cycle. If the alarm comes back within a week, Re-initialize (load default data) 3 times, then reprogram. If it again fails, order a replacement generic module. Since a new one AIN'T CHEAP!, better let the customer know full cost first, JUST IN CASE they want to consider a new system!
